Photopea

When it is useful

Photopea is a browser image editor with PSD, layers and masks. Consider it for a quick cover edit or resizing when installing another editor is inconvenient.

Suggested first task

1. Open your own file using File → Open.
2. Find its text layer and change the heading.
3. Resize for the intended use, export PNG or JPG, and inspect the result.
4. Save a PSD copy for later editing.

Limits

The official guide says editing runs locally on your device. A larger screen and keyboard help. Keep the original and check complex documents before relying on the exported result.
